Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, returns, and change. Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, support store recovery, and participate in shrink reduction goals. Maintain merchandising philosophy, safety awareness, and organizational cleanliness standards throughout the store. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Starting pay range $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.
