Conduct daily loss prevention and safety tasks, including identifying and resolving internal and external theft, apprehending dishonesty, and participating in investigations and surveillance. Maintain positive relationships with store management, communicate on damage and shrink initiatives, and coordinate shrink reduction activities. Ensure apprehensions align with store policies, complete paperwork accurately, and maintain evidence while adhering to labor laws and procedures. Provide timely, courteous service to customers and promote a culture of honesty and integrity. Maintain appropriate evidence, demonstrate understanding of law enforcement procedures, and professionally participate in legal activities as needed.
