7004 - Client Service Representative

Build and maintain strong client relationships with assigned accounts while managing tasks such as order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management, and shipment issues between Symbia and clients. Enter orders into the Symbia operating system as required and prepare activity reports for management and each client. Communicate promptly and accurately to all client requests while exhibiting a sense of urgency. This role requires a dynamic, growth-minded employee with at least one year of experience in a warehouse customer service environment, preferably within a 3PL setting, and proficiency in warehouse technology and MS Suite products. The position is somewhat sedentary but involves frequent lifting up to 50lbs, extended periods of standing, and exposure to moving mechanical parts, temperature shifts, and loud noises. Bilingual candidates are a plus.
