Job Summary
Plan, organize, and direct commercial, transportation, and entertainment facility operations, including leasing space and developing marketing strategies. Lead administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal. Oversee construction projects for facility renovations and manage infrastructure maintenance for machinery, equipment, and electrical/mechanical systems. Develop and implement safety inspection schedules and preventive maintenance programs. Manage operational and maintenance budgets, procure supplies and services, and supervise staff training. Prepare statistical reports for assigned areas. Requires a college degree in business administration or related field with facility operation or maintenance experience.
Required Qualifications
