Job Summary
Process, pack, and ship orders accurately while utilizing RF guns for data input, sorting, and loading/unloading products. Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to receive, store, and replenish inventory. Inspect items for defects, report damages, and maintain a clean warehouse environment. Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures while performing other duties as assigned. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong attention to detail to ensure products reach clients safely.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- GED
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting
- 1-2 years of prior experience
- Strong working knowledge and prior experience with warehouse data systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Inventory skills
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs
- Close vision
- Distance vision
- Peripheral vision
- Good depth perception
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (at least two hours straight, four times in an eight-hour day)
- Ability to twist, bend, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level, and crouch on a frequent basis
- Ability to use hands and feet simultaneously
- Ability to get on and off Industrial Lift Equipment on a regular basis
- Ability to operate Forklifts
- Ability to operate Cherry Pickers
- Ability to operate Reach trucks
- Ability to operate Pallet Jacks
- Ability to utilize RF guns
- Ability to work with up to date technology to work in packaging and scanning products
- Ability to receive, data input, sorting, loading, and unloading
- Ability to perform inventory duties, organizing, processing, pick/pack/ship
- Ability to inspect products for defects and report damages
- Ability to maintain inventory of products and help to restock or replenish
- Ability to prepare products for shipping and ensure accuracy against packing slips
- Ability to follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures
- Ability to work in an environment with occasional extreme temperature shifts ranging from very cold to very hot
- Ability to tolerate exposure to loud noises and dust
- Ability to tolerate exposure to moving mechanical parts and moving equipment
