Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations as a Key Carrier, alternating between Coordinator duties and Key Carrier leadership based on store needs. Manage opening and closing procedures, ensure associates adhere to operational policies, and address immediate customer service issues with appropriate coaching. Act as Manager on Duty by prioritizing tasks, maintaining accurate associate coverage, and providing feedback to improve team effectiveness. Monitor shrink reduction goals, promote safety awareness, and support credit and loyalty programs while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Requires flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, with a starting pay of $18.00 to $18.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks

- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
