Job Summary
Process, pack, and ship orders accurately and timely while utilizing RF guns for data input and scanning products. Receive, sort, and store incoming products, then inspect items for defects or damages before reporting findings. Maintain inventory by restocking shelves and assist with kitting or combining SKUs as needed. Prepare products for shipping to ensure accuracy against packing slips and uphold a clean, orderly warehouse environment. Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures while standing, lifting up to 50lbs, and performing repetitive movements. This role involves high-speed fulfillment for diverse clients requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to temperature shifts and loud environments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- GED
- Prior experience
- Strong working knowledge and prior experience with warehouse data systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent inventory skills
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and good depth perception
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (at least two hours straight, four times in an eight-hour day)
- Ability to twist, bend, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level, and crouch on a frequent basis
- Ability to use hands and feet simultaneously
- Ability to get on and off Industrial Lift Equipment on a regular basis
- Ability to handle exposure to heights
- Ability to handle exposure to loud noises and dust
- Ability to handle exposure to moving mechanical parts and moving equipment
