Job Summary
Develop new product features and improve system architecture to resolve technical challenges while building proof-of-concepts utilizing real estate data. Launch new products and strategic projects within a cross-functional team of five members, contributing to the team's technical capabilities and maximizing business impact. Work with modern technologies including React, Next.js, Rust, and GraphQL to transform Japan's real estate market through data-driven solutions. Required Qualifications
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field
- Graduate of a College of Technology (KOSEN)
- Have publicly available personal software development projects (e.g., GitHub portfolio, open-source contributions, independent applications)
- Demonstrate outstanding technical achievements through one of the following: AtCoder Rating of 800 or higher, Kaggle Expert or above, Award-winning experience in programming competitions or hackathons
Desired Qualifications
- Frontend development experience using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
- Backend development experience using web application frameworks
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Rust, Ruby, TypeScript, and AWS
- Experience launching and developing proprietary products or services
- Experience in continuous product development, operation, and maintenance
- Project management and/or engineering team leadership experience
