Job Summary
Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner to improve patient functional independence in the home setting. Provide skilled therapy for geriatric clientele, communicating with families, physicians, and other health care team members. Maintain timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record. You may make your own schedule and agree or disagree to patient assignment. Actively licensed PTAs with an Associate's degree are required; two years of clinical experience is preferred. This role offers $70 per treatment unit.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associates in Physical Therapy
- Actively Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Desired Qualifications
- Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in respective fields of study
