Job Summary
Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner to improve patient functional independence for geriatric clientele in home and ALF settings. Provide skilled therapy services with full transparency, including detailed payment reports, while communicating with families, physicians, and other health care team members. Keep timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record. You are free to make your own schedule and agree or disagree to patient assignment. This role requires an actively licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with an Associate's degree and two years of preferred clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associates in Physical Therapy
- Actively Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Desired Qualifications
- Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in respective fields of study
