Job Summary
As a Team Member at 7 Leaves Café, you will represent the brand by delivering an exceptional customer experience, preparing beverages to recipe standards, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. Responsibilities include accurately processing cash and card transactions, learning and applying drink recipes, communicating effectively with customers and management, adhering to safety policies, reporting for scheduled shifts (10-15 hours/week with potential additional hours based on performance), and collaborating with teammates to meet store goals. Requires lifting up to 45 lbs, weekend availability, basic math proficiency, and a proactive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
- Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required
