Job Summary
Oversee daily operations for multiple drive-thru locations in the Buffalo area, ensuring brand standards in speed, quality, safety, and cleanliness. Recruit, train, and mentor Shop Managers and Shift Leads while conducting regular performance check-ins and training sessions. Support shop-level budgets, sales targets, and labor costs, then monitor performance metrics to implement improvement strategies. Partner with ownership on new shop openings and community initiatives, responding to guest feedback promptly and celebrating team milestones. Travel between store locations frequently (over 75% of the time) and maintain flexible availability for nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading teams in quick-service, drive-thru, or coffee environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Financial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, people-first environment
- Working knowledge of POS, scheduling systems, and reporting tools
- Must be able to sit, stand, and move for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Frequent travel between store locations (>75%)
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends as business demands
