Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, accurately ringing purchases and returns, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store shrink reduction goals and participating in safety awareness initiatives. Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, promote credit and loyalty programs, and accept constructive feedback. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas as needed. Work a 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM shift at the Rogers, AR HomeGoods location.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
