6th Grade Teacher

Plan and develop effective instructional strategies to increase student achievement while addressing individual learning differences and IEP goals. Deliver content aligned with South Carolina Academic Standards, using data to gauge progress and guide daily instruction. Manage classroom time, maintain updated lesson plans, and supervise students during lunch, assemblies, field trips, and recess. Communicate with faculty and the community while advocating for professional development and a safe, student-centered environment. Maintain individual student records and assist with bus boarding and departing procedures.
