Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- CT Teaching Certificate in English (Endorsement 015 or 016)
- Bachelor's degree in English (MA preferred)
- Knowledge of Common Core Standards and English concepts
- Experience with differentiating instruction for diverse learners
- Ability to integrate technology and digital resources into instruction
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze student data to drive instruction
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, support staff, and administrators
