Implement rigorous, standards-aligned lesson plans targeting student performance at or above grade-level expectations. Build positive relationships with students through structured social-emotional learning grounded in respect and self-determination. Participate in collaborative curriculum development, grade-level activities, and school-wide functions while communicating proactively with families and colleagues. Analyze student achievement data to strategically respond to individual learning needs and continuously improve instructional practices using the school's performance rubric. Be accountable for students' mastery of academic standards and engage in professional development and staff meetings. This role supports the Junior High Boy's Division at South Bend Hebrew Day School, a private institution offering small classes and a warm, supportive environment.
