Job Summary
Brand Representative in a women’s fashion retail environment focused on delivering world-class guest experiences while driving sales. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assessing needs, recommending merchandise, upselling and cross-selling to achieve personal sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, stocking and merchandising displays, processing transactions at the POS, assisting with inventory tasks, upholding store standards and safety policies, and supporting the team to meet store targets. Must be 18+, able to work nights and weekends, and physically capable of standing/walking for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.

- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to operate registers and scanners
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Provide world-class guest experience
- Knowledge of merchandise features, benefits, and pricing
- Ability to process transactions using POS system
- Team collaboration to meet sales goals
- Flexibile to meet business needs (nights & weekends)
