6am Shipment Position

The Brand Representative greets guests, identifies shopper needs, helps select merchandise, and offers styling recommendations. Targets personal sales goals and looks for upsell/cross-sell opportunities to boost guest experience and store profitability. Maintains product knowledge of offerings, ensures shelves are stocked and displays are attractive, and processes transactions via the point-of-sale system. Assists with receiving shipments, inventory checks, and counts, while upholding company policies, safety protocols, and maintaining a clean, well-organized store environment. Must be able to work nights and weekends, be at least 18 years old, and participate in a team-oriented effort to achieve sales goals.
