Job Summary
Brand Representative (Sales Associate) drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean, well-maintained store environment. Responsibilities include: delivering outstanding guest service, identifying guest needs, and building guest loyalty; consistently achieving individual sales goals; performing opening/closing procedures; locating merchandise efficiently; processing transactions accurately at the register; adhering to loss prevention practices; maintaining store merchandising and window displays; assisting in inventory preparation; following dress and grooming standards; and supporting a positive team environment. Must be at least 18 years old, able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and be available to work nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Physical ability to perform tasks which could require prolonged standing, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting; may be required to climb ladders and stairs
- Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly
- Available to work nights and weekends
