Job Summary
Inbound Expert role focusing on stocking, inventory accuracy, and merchandise presentation on the sales floor. Responsibilities include sorting operations, stocking, organizing, keeping product availability for GM categories, processing defective merchandise, operating when certified powered equipment to unload freight, and supporting guest services (back-up cashier, order pick up, Drive Up). Emphasis on delivering a friendly guest experience, teamwork, safety compliance, and adapting to a flexible schedule with varying hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Work both independently and with a team
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and multi-step processes
- Capable of lifting up to 44 pounds
- Experience in cash handling is a plus (if applicable)
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
