Brand Representative provides a world-class shopping experience by welcoming guests, identifying needs, and offering styling recommendations. Responsibilities include achieving personal sales goals, upselling/cross-selling, collaborating with the team to meet sales targets, maintaining product knowledge and attractive displays, ensuring shelves are stocked and store standards are met, processing transactions via POS, assisting with inventory tasks, handling returns/exchanges, and adhering to company policies and safety protocols. Must be 18+ and available to work nights and weekends. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, inventory accuracy, and contributing to a premium store environment.
