Job Summary
Assist AL tenants with grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, and mobility as delegated by licensed nursing staff. Administer medications following prescribed dosages while monitoring for adverse reactions. Observe and report changes in tenants' physical or emotional conditions to promote independence, dignity, and safety. Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and safeguard tenant information. Work the 6am to 2pm shift with willingness to assist with housekeeping, meal service, and recreational activities. Education and skills testing will be provided to obtain a Medication Management Certificate. Join a compassionate Assisted Living team offering health insurance, dental, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Willingness to assist with housekeeping duties, including maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in resident living spaces
- Ability to engage residents in recreational activities and social interactions to enhance their well-being
- Assist with meal service
