Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, returns, and processing change. Support store recovery, maintain merchandising philosophy, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed. Work a flexible schedule between 6 AM and 11 AM, starting at $13.50 to $14.00 per hour. Join the TJX family as part of a Fortune 100 retailer with nearly 4,700 stores globally.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
