Job Summary
Read docket daily and at all order changes to ensure proper product is being packed. Pack and inspect efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas. Complete quality bag checks every fifteen minutes and comply with company policies, safety guidelines, SOPs, cGMP, and food safety regulations. Work in extreme heat above 100 degrees for over an hour, requiring stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for long periods. Ensure consistent attendance and accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
- Subject to extreme heat, temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour
