Job Summary
Monitor converting lines to produce products according to specifications while maintaining quality standards throughout the process. Startup, shutdown, and adjust machines as needed; inspect final product using quality checks and ensure proper documentation. Comply with all safety regulations, plant policies, and hazard analysis procedures. Maintain production pace to achieve daily targets while ensuring designated area cleanliness. Accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Legal eligibility to work in the US
- Proficiency in reading and writing English
- Basic math skills
- Mechanical aptitude for machines used in the production process
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance
- Demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress
- Fostering productive workplace interactions
