Job Summary
Startup, shutdown, and make machine adjustments for inline extrusion operations. Inspect final product using quality checks, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication of any issues. Maintain pace with the production process to achieve daily targets while keeping the designated area clean. Comply with all safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment. Read and understand job dockets to verify correct materials are being used. Adhere to plant policies, including good manufacturing practices, hazard analysis, and critical control points processes. Demonstrate the capability to manage job-related stress and foster productive workplace interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Legal eligibility to work in the US
- Proficiency in reading and writing English
- Basic math skills
- Mechanical aptitude for machines used in the production process
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance
- Demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress
