Job Summary
Monitor and enforce all plant safety regulations while adhering to good manufacturing policies, hazard analyses, and critical control points. Read daily dockets and order changes to ensure accurate product packing, then label for current and upcoming job changes. Perform quality inspections on final products, conduct bag checks every fifteen minutes, and communicate any issues immediately. Maintain production pace to meet daily targets while keeping the designated area clean. Ensure proper documentation and timely communication of all quality checks.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Legal eligibility to work in the US
- Proficiency in reading and writing English
- Basic math skills
- Mechanical aptitude for machines used in the production process
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance
- Demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress
