Job Summary
Monitor converting lines to produce products according to specifications while maintaining quality standards. Startup, shutdown, and adjust machines as needed. Inspect final product using quality checks, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication of issues. Comply with safety regulations, plant policies, and hazard analysis procedures. Maintain production pace to achieve daily targets while keeping the designated area clean. Accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Legal eligibility to work in the US
- Proficiency in reading and writing English
- Basic math skills
- Mechanical aptitude for machines used in the production process
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance
- Demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
