Job Summary
Design and develop high-quality, scalable software features and services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures. Build and maintain REST APIs while applying best practices such as code reviews, unit testing, and peer programming. Translate customer requirements into technical designs and collaborate with architects on software design. Balance new feature development, defect resolution, and technical debt while working with DevOps teams to maintain CI/CD pipelines. Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development and contribute to AI-powered applications or intelligent automation solutions. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and work with API management platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of professional software development experience, with a strong background in enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+.
- Strong professional experience with Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with Spring MVC and Spring Security.
- Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs.
- Solid experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Understanding of API management concepts and platforms such as APIM.
- Experience with software engineering best practices, including unit testing and code reviews.
- Experience working with CI/CD and DevOps teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Advanced English (B2+/C1) for collaboration with international teams.
