Job Summary
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology systems, managing infrastructure and day-to-day operations for client/server/storage/network devices. Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 problems, configure UNIX and Windows operating systems, and handle hardware dispatch issues while communicating status to agency management. Optimize system operations and resource utilization to improve reliability and performance. Requires active TS/SCI clearance, ten years of system administration experience, and DoD 8570 IAT Level I or higher.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Polygraph clearance
- US Citizenship
- Ten (10) years' experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of additional SA experience (substitutable for a bachelors degree)
- DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level I or higher
- Experience with Devops(Ansible)
- AWS (terraform)

- Provide assistance to users in accessing/using IT systems
- Optimize system operations, resource utilization, capacity planning
- Provide in‐depth troubleshooting experience
- Provide detailed analysis/feedback for escalated tickets
