Job Summary
Perform proper quality bag checks, read production sheets to make adjustments, and maintain assigned lines by making boxes and keeping them supplied. Keep color meters filled, use quality stamps consistently, and stack finished goods with protective wrapping while recording production. Shut down machinery when necessary, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety guidelines while wearing required PPE. Work the 12am to 8am shift starting at $15.00 per hour, earning $3.00 more with perfect weekly attendance. On-the-job training is provided.
Required Qualifications

- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Ability to work in an environment that is extremely hot, humid in the summer months, and cold in the winter months
- Ability to quickly move your hand, your hands together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, lift, manipulate or assemble objects
- Ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands
- Must be able to see in low light conditions, hear, and speak clearly
- Ability to stand and change positions frequently over an eight-hour period
- Ability to exert muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects
- Must be able to balance rolls of plastic up to 300 lbs
- Must be able to reach and lift up to 50 lbs above shoulders
- Must be able to reach and lift up to 50 lbs above shoulders (frequently) reaching above head (occasionally), stooping (occasionally), twisting (occasionally), and bending at waist (occasionally)
- Ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles repeatedly or continuously to lift objects
- Ability to quickly respond (with the hand, finger, or foot) to a signal (sound, light, picture) when it appears
- Maintains good attendance to work
- Wear all the required personal protective equipment; safety shoes, glasses and hearing protection

- Prefer previous work experience with machines in a manufacturing setting
