Job Summary
Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions to improve patient functional independence in home and ALF settings for geriatric clients. Implement selected care components with technical competence while maintaining timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record. Communicate regularly with families, physicians, and other health care team members to coordinate care. Work as a PRN provider at $65 per treatment unit, with the flexibility to create your own schedule and select patient assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associates in Physical Therapy
- Actively Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Desired Qualifications
- Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in respective fields of study
