Job Summary
Deliver skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence for geriatric clientele in outpatient home settings. Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner while communicating with families, physicians, and other health care team members. Maintain timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record. As a PRN therapist, you operate in an on-call pool with flexible scheduling, accepting or declining patient assignments based on availability. Work across ALF and residential home environments in Fort Walton Beach, FL, with competitive compensation per transaction.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associates in Physical Therapy-PTA
- Actively Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Must be available in scattered areas in Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548
Desired Qualifications
- Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in respective fields of study
- Lymphedema Certified-CLT
