Job Summary
Implement selected components of care and interventions to improve patient functional independence in a home setting. Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care team members while keeping timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record. Provide skilled intervention for geriatric clientele to support successful aging-in-place. Maintain clinical judgment and utilize detailed payment reports for transparency. Actively Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant with an Associate degree required. Competitive compensation offered for per diem work.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associates in Occupational Therapy-OTA
- Actively Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Two years of clinical experience in respective fields of study
- Weekend and Holiday Shifts
- PRN work

- Lymphedema Certified-CLT
