Job Summary
Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner to improve patient functional independence in a geriatric home setting. Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care team members while keeping timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record. Deliver top-notch therapy and results for our diverse clientele using clinical judgement supported by transparent payment reports. Actively Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant with an Associates degree required; Lymphedema Certified preferred. Join our outpatient therapy at home provider team offering flexible PRN scheduling with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associates in Occupational Therapy-OTA
- Actively Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Two years of clinical experience in respective fields of study
