Maintain caregiver capacity utilization between 85% and 95% while managing overtime below 1.25% of revenue through weekly roster reviews and contingency planning. This role supports the Staffing Manager and Lead Coordinators in managing a home care ecosystem of 150–200 caregivers and clients.
