Job Summary
Prepare dough for baked goods, bread, rolls, and desserts, including meringue, cookies, and cakes, while applying special customer orders. Bake mixed doughs and frost cakes or other baked items. Ensure product quality meets established standards. Plan production to determine product types and quantities needed. Purchase baking equipment. Supervise sales and sell baked items. Hire, train, and supervise baking and kitchen staff. On-site training available for candidates with high school completion or commercial baking experience.
