Job Summary
Empty trash, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean surfaces as assigned. Monitor building security by locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliances for hazards. Clean windows, glass partitions, mirrors, and restrooms using approved chemicals and proper PPE. Dust furniture, scrub surfaces, and move heavy items to access areas. Identify and report equipment repairs. Arrive timely for scheduled shifts and complete work within allotted time. Cross-train on other duties as assigned. This Full-Time 1st or 2nd shift role reports to the Project Manager and includes medical and dental benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift heavy furniture
- Must be available for 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, or School Hours
