Assist the Operator in producing a good quality product safely and efficiently. Perform sonic, hand trim, die cut cleaning, and packaging duties, with responsibilities including cleaning/inspecting and stacking product to customer specifications, helping set up production runs, and supporting coworkers to maintain production levels. Read a ruler to 1/16” and perform basic math. Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow THM practices; adhere to shift hours (5pm–3:30am) with overtime as needed. Operate/monitor machines such as slitter/die cutter and laminators, perform lamination hand trims, weld boxes, and assist in installation/uninstallation of dies. Must be able to stand for long periods, handle 26–50 lb lifts, distinguish colors/depths, and maintain consistent attendance. The role offers an hourly wage starting at $13.25 with a shift differential for evening hours, comprehensive benefits, 10 paid holidays, ongoing on-the-job training, and a steady schedule in a manufacturing setting.
