Job Summary
Conduct daily support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with household maintenance, meal prep, bathing, toileting, dressing, and medication administration. Facilitate access to medical appointments, banking, community outings, and individual support plans while following Behavior Support Plans and medical guidelines. Ensure safe evacuation during emergencies and maintain certifications including CPR/First Aid, PABC, Defensive Driving, and Medication Administration. Work flexible full-time or part-time shifts, including holidays and double-shifts, while demonstrating conscientious behavior and fluent English skills.
Required Qualifications
- 21+
- reliable transportation
- valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Employees must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities listed above

- speak in fluent English

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the program and individuals supported
- This may include holidays, overnights, or double-shifts
