Job Summary
Provide leadership to the team by delivering exemplary customer service with a positive, "can do" attitude, ensuring the customer is the top priority. Answer questions regarding the Players Club or Casino Hotel, assist with account sign-ups, manage points systems, and run weekly slot tournaments and promotions. Open and maintain customer accounts by recording information, process point redemptions, and prepare daily audit paperwork and shift notes. Act as the Casino Host during slow periods or as needed. Promote teamwork by assisting colleagues with tasks and contributing to good morale. Must be 21 years or older, fluent in English, and possess a UMUGC Support license. Weekend and holiday work is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able and willing to work weekends and holidays
- Must be fluent in English in both verbal and written forms, including effective communication in spelling, grammar, and written communication skills
- Must possess a least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years or older and able to obtain a UMUGC Support license
- Must possess excellent customer service skills both in person and over the phone
- Must have basic computer skills with the ability to operate most standard office equipment including a calculator/10-key, phone, fax, etc
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
