Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High School Graduation or GED
- One (1) year of experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities with challenging behavior service needs
- Board-certified as a Registered Behavior Technician within 60 days of initial employment or be a Qualified Behavior Modification Professional
- Within one year of employment, complete both segments of the Direct Support Professional (DSP) competency-based training course, including the competency tests, or pass the department-approved challenge tests for both segments
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be BLS/CPR/AED with First Aid Certified, and CPI certified on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care, and maintain current certification throughout employment
- All opportunities contingent upon successful completion of post-offer physical examination, tuberculosis testing, background clearances, and any driving/insurance requirements
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Willingness to use personal and/or company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups (with mileage reimbursement)
