Coordinate recreational activities, events, and classes while managing audio/video equipment and ensuring facility safety. Assist with event setup, break down, and clean-up, including lifting up to 50lbs. Perform office duties such as research, data entry, report generation, and filing, while registering residents for programs and collecting fees. Provide basic custodial services, open and close facilities as scheduled, and support security and compliance departments. Deliver excellent customer service to residents and collaborate effectively with management, staff, volunteers, and contractors.
