Job Summary
Conduct recreational activities, events, and classes while managing audio/video equipment and monitoring facility safety. Assist with event set-up, break-down, and clean-up, including lifting up to 50lbs, and provide basic custodial services. Handle office duties such as research, data entry, report generation, and filing, while registering residents for programs and collecting fees. Open and close Clubhouse II and Fitness Center facilities as scheduled, assisting security and compliance departments as needed. Deliver excellent customer service to residents and build meaningful relationships within a team environment. Maintain regular on-site attendance and adhere to shift assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from high school
- Possession of a valid California driver's license
- Ability to regularly exert heavy physical effort in moving furniture and equipment
- Ability to read and write work-related job instructions in English
- Ability to communicate effectively with others in English
- Knowledge and understanding of computer software and applications
- Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the job
- Knowledge of modern office equipment, practices and procedures
- Ability to work hours determined by shift assignment
- Ability to set up room from diagram sketches
- Ability to learn controlling fire prevention regulations
- Regular attendance
- On-site work for the Community
