Job Summary
Direct and coordinate activities of production department(s) in processing materials or manufacturing products; manage night-shift operations from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Monday through Friday with some weekend work, ensure safety compliance, interpret policies, review schedules and product data, coordinate with Quality Control and budgeting, plan and oversee production to meet specifications, prepare and communicate operational schedules, and supervise/training of new employees to achieve goals.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree with two to four years related experience and/or training; or High School diploma or equivalent (GED) with four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
