Job Summary
The Starbucks Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations and overall profitability of the Starbucks Kiosk. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, training and coaching baristas to deliver quality beverages, preparing weekly schedules and inventories, implementing promotions, ensuring policy compliance, handling communications, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Must have exceptional customer service, retail supervisory experience, mathematical ability, and flexibility for high-volume periods.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous retail supervisory experience preferred
- Must be able to read and do simple math problems
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs especially during times of high volume and/or stress
- Wants to be part of a team in a fast-paced environment
