Job Summary
General Manager for Caliber Service Center in Wellington responsible for overall operation including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration. Forecast goals and objectives, recruit and retain talented teammates, monitor performance, provide leadership and coaching, ensure required training, lead sales/production/administration, ensure compliance with Caliber standards and hazmat documentation, manage DRP accounts, and coordinate with insurance adjusters and customers. Must ensure regulatory compliance, uphold safety culture, and embody Caliber values; requires 18+ years, HS/GED, valid driver’s license, and eligibility for company insurance; E-Verify is used for employment eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- HS or GED
- Post-secondary education in collision repair preferred
- Experience in auto repair industry or managing a team
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
