603 - Product Portfolio Operations Manager - Planning & Efficacy

Job Summary
Lead the 6Q planning cadence and portfolio roadmap for Marketing Product Portfolio Operations, coordinating with Finance, Business Management, Strategy, and Planning leads to drive unified planning, alignment, and prioritization across the Marketing portfolio. Drive Quarterly Investment Planning interlocks (QIP), balance capacity and funding, and ensure alignment to Strategic Business Objectives. Govern quarterly initiatives, conduct tollgate reviews, enforce Jira Align standards, and provide monthly stakeholder materials to improve efficiency and predictability. Measure and report budget vs. actual performance on Investment Proposals across LOBs and marketing entities, standardizing value measurement and reporting consistency. Review business cases, publish efficiencies, OKRs, and scorecards to articulate value and inform funding decisions. Guide Area Product Owners to improve planning and execution, identify efficiency opportunities, and enhance SPA participation through scope clarity. Partner with CCB Product Operations, Finance, and Business Management to align governance, improve Jira Align hygiene, and drive continuous improvement in planning and reporting practices. Support Marketing Product Employee Experience by identifying capacity constraints and informing hiring/location strategy for data-driven resource planning.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program management, Product Portfolio Operations, or performance optimization within complex, multi-product environments
- Strong financial background with budgeting experience
- Analytical expertise with actionable insights
- Experience managing governance processes
- Experience with product development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
