Job Summary
Residential Group Home Shift Supervisor role in Shrewsbury, MA. Full-time position (40 hours) overseeing and supporting residents’ daily activities in an adult residential setting; lead Direct Support Professionals, implement Individual Support Plans and behavior plans, document medications and data, coordinate with families and external agencies, foster community involvement, manage residence accounts and budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Schedule includes weekend and evening shifts (Sun 8a-11p, Mon & Tues 2p-10p, Wed 1p-10p) with a sign-on bonus and paid training. Requires leadership, communication, and ability to supervise staff, maintain certifications (MAP, MAP-related training), and ensure residents’ progress and well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Employees must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities listed above and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job. Employee must be able to speak, read, and write in fluent English.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the program and individuals supported. This may include holidays, overnights, or double shifts.
