Job Summary
Lead cybersecurity program management for NSWCPD Code 104 as a contractor through Arlo Solutions. Serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with NSWCPD customers, directing tasks, supervising on-site personnel, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and compliance requirements. Manage project execution in accordance with NAVSEA, DON, and DoD cybersecurity policies and procedures; coordinate with government project managers to capture activities, schedule resources, and identify risks. Prepare schedules, monitor progress against CDRL A001 requirements, and maintain RMF/A&A compliance. Communicate program status to government stakeholders; facilitate RMF stakeholder collaboration and manage POA&M actions. Ensure security training and continued compliance, maintain required security clearances, and oversee reporting/documentation per contract. Requires active US citizenship and an active Secret clearance, with a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or PMP certification, and extensive IT program management and information assurance experience.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, communications systems management, or an equivalent STEM degree from an accredited college or university OR Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
- Ten (10) years' experience in managing a team in information technology while serving as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers
- Five (5) years of experience related to information assurance
- Experience with DoD Information Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong communication skills
